基于现场检验的压力管道问题分析及优化策略

摘要 基于压力管道现场检验的理论基础与实践经验,系统分析了压力管道的特点与检验要求,详细阐述了压力管道现场检验的技术要点,结合典型案例分析,从完善标准体系、创新检测技术和强化全流程管理三方面提出了优化策略。研究结果表明,将智能化检测技术与风险导向的检验策略相结合,可有效提升压力管道现场检验的准确性与效率。 Based on the theoretical foundation and practical experience of on-site inspection of pressure pipelines,the characteristics and inspection requirements of pressure pipelines have been systematically analyzed.and the technical points of on-site inspection of pressure pipelines have been elaborated in detail.Based on typical case analysis,optimization strategies are proposed from three aspects:improving the standard system,innovating detection technology,and strengthening full process management.The research results indicate that combining intelligent detection technology with risk oriented inspection strategies can effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of on-site inspection of pressure pipelines.
