摘要
为了探究吉林梅花鹿产茸性能与体尺性状之间的相关性,试验以156头吉林梅花鹿公鹿(4锯龄40头,5锯龄36头,6锯龄29头,7锯龄22头,8锯龄29头)为研究对象,测定其主要体尺性状(体斜长、体高、胸围、管围、尾长、额宽和角柄距)和产茸性能(以头茬茸重表示),并对产茸性能与主要体尺性状进行相关性分析。结果表明:吉林梅花鹿4~8锯龄体斜长、体高、胸围、管围、尾长、额宽和角柄距平均值分别为110.7,112.3,128.4,11.6,15.9,18.4,15.9 cm,头茬茸重平均值为2.28 kg;头茬茸重与体斜长、体高、胸围、额宽、角柄距均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与管围、尾长相关性不显著(P>0.05)。说明吉林梅花鹿公鹿产茸性能与部分体尺性状之间存在相关性,可将体斜长、体高、胸围、额宽、角柄距作为提升其产茸性能的潜在选育指标。
To explore the correlation between the antler production performance and body size traits of Jilin Sika deer,156 male Jilin Sika deer(404-year-old individuals,365-year-old individuals,296-year-old individuals,227-year-old individuals,and 298-year-old individuals)were selected as the research subjects.The body size traits(body slant length,body height,chest circumference,duct circumference,tail length,forehead width,and horn-stalk distance)were measured.Based on the antler production performance data from the past five years(expressed as the weight of the first batch of antlers),the mean method in analysis of variance was used to estimate the repetition rate of the first batch of antler weight,and a correlation analysis was conducted between the antler production performance and the body size traits.The results showed that the average values of body slant length,body height,chest circumference,duct circumference,tail length,frontal width and horn-stalk distance of Jilin sika deer at 4-8 sawing ages were 110.7,112.3,128.4,11.6,15.9,18.4,and 15.9 cm,respectively.The average weight of the first batch of antlers was 2.28 kg.The overall weight of first batch of antlers of Jilin sika deer at each sawing age was extremely significantly positively correlated with body oblique length,body height,chest circumference,forehead width,and horn-stalk distance(P<0.01),but had no significant correlation with duct circumference and tail length(P>0.05).These results indicated that there was a correlation between the antler production performance and some body size traits in Jilin Sika deer.The body slant length,body height,chest circumference,forehead width,and horn-stalk distance could be used as potential breeding indicators to improve antler production performance of male Jilin Sika deer.
