摘要
[目的]相对于均匀流场,螺旋桨在斜流流场中的运动更为复杂,为了研究斜流对螺旋桨空泡的影响,[方法]采用非结构化网格、切应力输运(SST)k-ω湍流模型、流体体积(VOF)界面捕捉方法并结合Schnerr-Sauer空泡模型,利用商用计算流体力学(CFD)软件STAR CCM+,对螺旋桨标模PC456在不同的斜流角度、进速比、空泡数下进行模拟计算。[结果]结果表明,空泡计算中螺旋桨标模PC456的叶背空泡集中在叶梢部位,斜流中空泡面积随着螺旋桨旋转做周期性变化。[结论]研究成果可为斜流中螺旋桨空泡的研究和分析提供一定参考。
[Purpose]Compared with uniform flow field,the motion of propeller in oblique flow field is relatively complicated.In order to study the influence of oblique flow on propeller cavitation,[Method]unstructured grid,shear-stress transport(SST)k-ωturbulence model,volume of fluid(VOF)interface capture method and schnerr-sauer cavitation model are adopted,and the commercial computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software STAR CCM+is used to model the PC456 propeller under different oblique flow angles,advance ratio,cavitation numbers.[Result]Calculation suggests that the cavitation is concentrated in the tip of blade,and the area of cavitation in oblique flow field changes periodically with the rotation of the propeller.[Conclusion]The research results can provide a certain reference for the research and analysis of propeller cavitation in oblique flow.
