摘要
【目的】剖析农地流转对农业碳排放效率的影响及传导机制,为农业绿色发展提供借鉴。【方法】基于中国30个省2012—2022年面板数据,运用Super-SBM模型对农业碳排放效率进行测度,利用固定效应模型考察农地流转对农业碳排放效率的影响。【结果】全国效率均值显著提升,但区域分化明显。随着农地流转程度上升,农业碳排放效率显著提高,并存在单门槛效应,当农地流转程度达到一定值后其促进作用减弱。同时,农地流转对碳排放效率的影响还存在机械化的抵消效应与结构升级的驱动效应。异质性分析表明,在西部地区促进作用更为显著,流入企业与以股份合作形式的农地流转也更利于农业碳排放效率提升。【结论】建议科学有序推进农地流转,倡导适宜流转模式,构建科技—产业协同机制,实施区域差异化政策。
【Objective】To analyze the impact of farmland transfer on agricultural carbon emission efficiency and its transmission mechanism,providing references for the green development of agriculture.【Method】Based on panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2012 to 2022,the Super-SBM model was employed to measure agricultural carbon emission efficiency,and fixed-effect models were utilized to examine the impact of farmland transfer on agricultural carbon emission efficiency.【Result】The national average efficiency has significantly increased,but regional disparities are evident.As the degree of farm land transfer rises,agricultural carbon emission efficiency improves notably,with a singlethreshold effect where the promoting effect weakens once farmland transfer reaches a certain level.Meanwhile,there are both offsetting effects of mechanization and driving effects of structural upgrading.Heterogeneity analysis shows a more pronounced promoting effect in western regions,and farmland transfer to enterprises and in the form of shareholding cooperation also better enhances agricultural carbon emission efficiency.【Conclusion】It is recommended to promote farmland transfer in a scientific and orderly manner,advocate appropriate transfer models,establish a technology-industry synergy mechanism,and implement regional differentiated policies.
