摘要
目的分析抗菌药物使用量与金黄色葡萄球菌耐药率的关联性。方法分析本院2021年1月-2023年12月115例住院患者送检标本中分离的146株金黄色葡萄球菌抗菌药物使用量和耐药率监测数据,采用Pearson检验进行相关性分析。结果Pearson检验显示,金黄色葡萄球菌耐药率与多种抗菌药物DDDs存在显著相关性(P<0.05):对环丙沙星耐药率与苯唑西林DDDs负相关(r=-0.998);对苯唑西林耐药率与庆大霉素DDDs负相关(r=0.999),与万古霉素正相关(r=0.998);对青霉素耐药率与左氧氟沙星DDDs负相关(r=-0.998);对替考拉宁耐药率与环丙沙星、庆大霉素DDDs负相关(r=-1.000,-0.998);对复方新诺明耐药率与苯唑西林正相关(r=0.998),与青霉素、四环素、利奈唑胺负相关(r=-0.998至-0.999);四环素耐药率与环丙沙星DDDs高度正相关(r=0.997)。结论金黄色葡萄球菌耐药率与抗菌药使用量存在相关性且关系复杂。
Objective To analyze the correlation between the dosage of antibacterial drugs and the drug resistance rate of staphylococcus aureus.Methods The monitoring data of the dosage of antibacterial drugs and drug resistance rate of 146 strains of staphylococcus aureus isolated from the specimens submitted by 115 inpatients in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were analyzed,and the Pearson test was used for correlation analysis.Results The Pearson test showed that the drug resistance rate of staphylococcus aureus was significantly correlated with DDDs of various antibacterial drugs(P<0.05).The drug resistance rate to ciprofloxacin was negatively correlated with DDDs of oxacillin(r=-0.998).The drug resistance rate to oxacillin was negatively correlated with gentamicin DDDs(r=0.999),and positively correlated with vancomycin(r=0.998).The penicillin resistance rate was negatively correlated with levofloxacin DDDs(r=-0.998).The resistance rate to compound sulfamethoxazole was positively correlated with oxacillin(r=-0.998),and negatively correlated with penicillin,tetracycline and linezolid(r=-0.998 to-0.999).The tetracycline resistance rate was highly negatively correlated with ciprofloxacin DDDs(r=-0.998).Conclusions The drug resistance rate of staphylococcus aureus is correlated with the dosage of antibacterial drugs,and the relationship is complex.
