摘要
目的探究案例教学法联合反思性教学模式对口腔科实习生学习兴趣、批判性思维以及知识考核成绩的改善情况。方法选取2025年1—10月贺兰县人民医院口腔科的40名实习生,根据教学方法不同分为对照组(案例教学法)和观察组(案例教学法联合反思性教学模式),各20名。对比两组实习生的学习兴趣、批判性思维能力以及知识考核成绩。结果观察组的学习兴趣总分为(370.66±4.39)分,高于对照组的(360.37±4.62)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.221,P<0.05)。观察组的评判性思维能力及知识考核成绩均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在口腔科实习带教中应用案例教学法联合反思性教学模式可有效改善实习生学习兴趣,增强其批判性思维能力、提高知识考核成绩。
Objective To explore the improvement of the learning interest,critical thinking and knowledge assessment scores of the interns in the department of stomatology by combining the case-based learning method with the reflective teaching mode.Methods Forty interns from the Department of Stomatology of Helan County People's Hospital from January to October 2025 were selected and divided into the control group(case-based learning method)and the observation group(case-based learning method combined with reflective teaching mode)according to different teaching methods,with twenty interns in each group.Compared the learning interests,critical thinking abilities and knowledge assessment scores of the two groups of interns.Results The learning interest score of the observation group was 370.66±4.39,which was higher than 360.37±4.62 of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.221,P<0.05).The critical thinking ability and knowledge assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the case teaching method combined with the reflective teaching mode in the internship teaching of the department of stomatology can effectively improve the learning interest of interns,enhance their critical thinking ability,and increase their knowledge assessment scores.
