摘要
人工智能技术为临床检验学教学带来了深刻变革。本文以人工智能在临床检验学教学中的应用为切入点,介绍人工智能的核心概念及其在医学教育中的应用现状,分析临床检验学的学科特征与教学现存问题;阐述人工智能在该领域教学中的应用优势,包括智能化检验教学内容设计、个性化学习支持与指导与沉浸式实践教学环境营造等;在此基础上,深入分析技术适配性与可靠性挑战、教学实践整合与推广障碍、伦理规范与安全保障等应用挑战。人工智能可有效破解传统教学中理论与实践脱节等难题,但仍需建立完善的质量保障机制,探索人工智能与临床检验学教学深度融合的可持续发展路径。
Artificial intelligence technology has brought profound changes to the teaching of clinical laboratory science.This paper takes the application of artificial intelligence in clinical laboratory teaching as the starting point,introduces the core concept of artificial intelligence and its application status in medical education,and analyzes the characteristics of clinical laboratory science and the existing problems in teaching;expounds the application advantages of artificial intelligence in the teaching of this field,including the design of intelligent inspection teaching content,personalized learning support and guidance,and the construction of immersive practical teaching environment;on this basis,in-depth analysis of the technical adaptability and reliability challenges,teaching practice integration and promotion barriers,ethical norms and security and other application challenges.Artificial intelligence can effectively solve the problems of disconnection between theory and practice in traditional teaching,but it is still necessary to establish a perfect quality assurance mechanism and explore the sustainable development path of deep integration of artificial intelligence and clinical laboratory teaching.
