新医科背景下医学创新创业育人模式的构建与实践:以南京大学为例

Construction and Practice of the Medical Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Model under the Background of New Medical Science:Taking Nanjing University as an Example

摘要 以南京大学医学院为例,聚焦新医科背景下医学院校创新创业教育改革实践。通过系统整合课程体系、强化实践训练环节、拓展平台建设维度,构建多元协同,深度融合的医学创新创业育人模式,实现创新创业教育与科研训练的深度融合,着力培养医学生的综合创新能力,为医学教育改革提供新的思路,有力推动了复合型医学人才的培养进程。 Taking the Medical School of Nanjing University as an example,focusing on the innovation and entrepreneurship education in medical colleges and universities under the background of New Medical Science.By systematically integrating the curriculum system,strengthening practical training links,and expanding the dimension of platform construction,a multi-collaboration and deep integration medical innovation and entrepreneurship education model is constructed,which achieves the deep integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and scientific research training.It is committed to cultivating the comprehensive innovation ability of medical students,providing new ideas for the reform of medical education,and effectively promoting the cultivation process of compound medical talents.
