摘要
数字经济高质量发展需要高质量人才支撑,而高校数字经济教育存在人才供给不足、培养机制不成熟及“选育用留”政策衔接不畅等堵点。本文基于国家战略需求与产业实践,从政府、高校、企业三个层面剖析问题根源:政府规划指导不足、高校师资与课程脱节、企业产教融合深度不够。提出系统性对策:明确“知、悟、研、行”四维能力培养目标,构建文理兼修的核心课程体系,创新学科评估与师资轮训机制,深化产教融合与企业实训协同。
The high-quality development of the digital economy demands top-tier talent,yet higher education in this field faces bottlenecks including supply-demand imbalances,immature cultivation mechanisms,and fragmented policy integration.Analyzing root causes from governmental,institutional,and industrial perspectives—such as insufficient planning,curriculum-faculty misalignment,and weak enterpriseacademia collaboration—this study proposes targeted strategies:defining a four-dimensional competency framework(knowledge,insight judgment,action),designing interdisciplinary core curricula,innovating evaluation systems,and deepening industry-academia integration.
