摘要 新能源发电的波动性对电网稳定性提出挑战。文章研制了一台50 MW等级熔盐储能汽轮发电机组,以增强电网调峰能力和新能源消纳水平。机组采用双缸一次再热、轴向排汽、直接空冷设计,配套齿轮箱实现高低压缸双转速匹配,并设夹层加热与倒暖系统优化启停过程。构建150 MW电加热与6 h储热系统,实现高效“储热-发电”循环。试验结果表明,机组约80 min可完成冷态启动并网,金属温度与差胀均在安全范围内,验证了其快速启停与调峰能力,为柔性电力系统建设提供支撑。 The volatility of new energy generation poses a challenge to the stability of the power grid.The article developed a 50 MW level molten salt energy storage steam turbine generator unit to enhance the power grid's peak shaving capability and the level of new energy consumption.The unit adopts a dual cylinder single reheat,axial exhaust,and direct air cooling design,matched with a gearbox to achieve dual speed matching of high and low pressure cylinders,and equipped with interlayer heating and reverse heating systems to optimize the start stop process.Build a 150 MW electric heating and 6-hour thermal storage system to achieve an efficient"thermal storage power generation"cycle.The test results show that the unit can complete cold start and grid connection in about 80 minutes,and the metal temperature and differential expansion are within safe ranges,verifying its fast start stop and peak shaving capabilities and providing support for the construction of flexible power systems.
