摘要
透明质酸钠敷料在创面修复与医疗美容中应用广泛,其含量准确测定对产品安全性与质量控制至关重要。现行行业标准YY/T 1938—2024在方法选择上尚未明确指导,导致检测结果存在变异风险。为填补该标准在实践指导方面的空白,该研究系统评估了紫外-可见分光光度法与高效液相色谱法的分析性能,从精密度、准确度、抗干扰能力及适用范围等方面展开比较。研究发现,高效液相色谱法在复杂基质中表现出更优的专属性与重复性,而紫外-可见分光光度法则适用于成分单一的敷料产品。研究为相关标准的实践应用提供了科学依据,并对提升行业检测一致性与产品质量具有重要指导意义。
Sodium hyaluronate dressings are widely used in wound repair and medical aesthetics,and accurate determination of their content is crucial for product safety and quality control.The current industry standard YY/T 1938—2024 does not provide clear guidance on method selection,leading to potential variability in test results.To fill the gap in practical guidance provided by this standard,this study systematically evaluated the analytical performance of ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry and high-performance liquid chromatography,comparing them in terms of precision,accuracy,interference resistance,and scope of application.The study found that high-performance liquid chromatography exhibits superior specificity and reproducibility in complex matrices,while ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry is suitable for dressing products with single components.The research provides a scientific basis for the practical application of relevant standards and has important guiding significance for improving industry detection consistency and product quality.
