摘要
师范类专科院校为基础教育师资培养做出了突出贡献,但伴随着高等教育普及深化,教师学历层次提升,人口结构变化,基础教育师资供求发生结构性转变,师范类专科院校创新突围高质量发展势在必行。山东是人口大省、教育大省,以山东省师范类专科院校为例,从全国师范类专科院校转型发展与内涵提升的实践出发,理清山东省师范类专科院校高质量发展的现状,找出存在的问题,并从优质化、差异化、特色化、转型化、升格化、一体化、国际化七个方面入手,提出山东省师范类专科院校高质量发展的路径选择,为促进师范类专科院校高质量发展提供参考和借鉴。
Teachers colleges have made outstanding contributions to the training of basic education faculty.However,with the deepening popularization of higher education,rising academic qualifications for teachers,and demographic shifts,structural changes have emerged in the supply and demand for basic education teachers.This necessitates innovative breakthroughs for high-quality development of teachers’colleges.As a major province in both population and education,Shandong serves as a representative case.Building upon nationwide practices in the transformative development and connotative enhancement of teachers’colleges,this study examines the current status of high-quality development among Shandong's teacher's colleges,identifies existing challenges,and proposes development pathways through seven strategic dimensions:quality enhancement,differentiation,specialization,transformation,institutional upgrading,integration,and internationalization.The findings provide actionable references for advancing the high-quality development of teachers colleges.
