摘要
目的:分析益气养阴方治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效观察,及对胃肠激素P物质(SP)的影响。方法:将60例患者随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组给予乳果糖治疗,观察组给予益气养阴方治疗,疗程2个月,比较两组患者排便功能、中医证候疗效、中医证候积分及胃肠激素P物质(SP)水平。结果:治疗后,两组患者排便功能、中医证候积分较治疗前均降低,两组患者胃肠激素P物质(SP)水平均高于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中医证候疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与对照组乳果糖相比,益气养阴方能较好的改善功能性便秘患者的便秘症状,改善中医证候,其作用机制可能通过改善胃肠激素P物质水平有关,改善肠道蠕动功能,进而改善患者便秘。
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Yangyin decoction in the treatment of functional constipation,and its effect on gastrointestinal hormone substance P(SP).Methods:A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lactulose,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Yangyin decoction for 2 months.Results:After treatment,the defecation function and TCM syndrome scores were reduced as compared before treatment in the patients of the two groups,and the level of gastrointestinal hormone substance P(SP)was higher than before treatment in the patients of the two groups,and the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).The efficacy of TCM syndromes in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Yangyin decoction can improve the symptoms of constipation and TCM syndromes in patients with functional constipation,which may be related to the improvement of gastrointestinal hormone substance P level and intestinal peristalsis function.
