细胞死亡与家禽卵泡发育:机制与调控

Cell Death and Follicular Development in Poultry: Mechanisms and Regulation

摘要 家禽卵泡发育是决定其繁殖性能的关键生理过程,涉及复杂的细胞动态平衡调控。近年来,细胞死亡机制在家禽卵泡发育中的作用日益受到关注。研究表明,细胞死亡不仅是卵泡闭锁和发育异常的核心调控因素,还与卵泡微环境的稳态维持密切相关。本文系统综述了细胞程序性死亡和非程序性死亡,包括细胞凋亡、坏死、自噬、铁死亡在内的8种较常见的细胞死亡分子机制及其在家禽卵泡发育中的调控作用。其中,氧化应激与激素水平、基因及非编码RNA、炎症平衡,以及铁/铜稳态相关的代谢重编程,被证实是调控卵泡命运的关键机制。这些发现不仅揭示了卵泡发育异常的分子基础,也为开发靶向干预策略以提高家禽繁殖效率奠定了理论基础。未来深入解析各种死亡机制网络的动态平衡及其特定遗传调控节点,将为靶向优化家禽卵泡发育-闭锁平衡、提升繁殖性能提供关键突破点。 Ovarian follicular development in poultry is a key physiological process that determines their reproductive performance and involves complex dynamic balance regulation at the cellular level.In recent years,the role of cell death mechanisms in the development of poultry ovarian follicles has attracted increasing attention.Studies have shown that cell death is not only a core regulatory factor for follicular atresia and abnormal development,but also closely related to the maintenance of follicular microenvironment homeostasis.This article systematically reviewed eight common molecular mechanisms of programmed and nonprogrammed cell death,including apoptosis,necrosis,autophagy,and ferroptosis,and their regulatory roles in the development of poultry ovarian follicles.Among them,oxidative stress and metabolic reprogramming related to hormone levels,genes and noncoding RNAs,inflammatory balance,and iron/copper homeostasis have been confirmed as key mechanisms regulating follicular fate.These findings not only reveal the molecular basis of abnormal follicular development but also lay a theoretical foundation for the development of targeted intervention strategies to improve the reproductive efficiency of poultry.In the future,in-depth analysis of the dynamic balance of various cell death mechanism networks and their specific genetic regulatory nodes will provide key breakthrough points for targeted optimization of the follicular development-atresia balance and improvement of reproductive performance in poultry.
