摘要
研究主要探讨星状病毒感染对扬州鹅不同群体的表型变化及抗性差异,以期为扬州鹅抗性品系选育提供理论依据。研究以扬州鹅普通群体和抗性群体为研究对象,建立雏鹅痛风模型。攻毒后,系统记录并分析感染水平、生长受阻情况、免疫器官(脾脏、法氏囊)变化、病理损伤特征及血清生化指标。结果显示,与普通群体相比,抗性群体感染后生长受阻率降低,免疫器官形态变化轻微,病理损伤程度减轻,血清生化指标异常波动幅度小。研究结果表明,扬州鹅抗性群体对星状病毒具有较强的抵抗力,感染后不表现明显的病理变化。
This study mainly discussed the phenotypic changes and resistance differences of astrovirus infection on different populations of Yangzhou geese,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the breeding of resistant lines in Yangzhou geese.An ex⁃perimental infection model was established in goslings using distinct Yangzhou geese populations as primary subjects.After the poison attack,the infection level,growth obstruction,changes in immune organs(spleen,bursa of fabricius),pathological damage characteristics and serum biochemical indexes were systematically recorded and analyzed.The results showed that compared with the general population,the growth inhibition rate of the resistant group was reduced after infection,the morphological changes of immune organs were slight,the degree of pathological damage was reduced,and the abnormal fluctuation of serum biochemical in⁃dexes was small.These results indicated that the resistant population of Yangzhou geese had strong resistance to astrovirus,and no obvious pathological changes were showed after infection.
