摘要
试验旨在探究不同性别无量山乌骨鸡体重、体尺、器官指数、血液生理指标和肠道菌群组成差异及血液生理指标与肠道微生物相关性。试验选择健康的无量山乌骨鸡公母各10只,测定其体重、体尺、器官指数、血液生理指标和盲肠微生物多样性。结果显示:无量山乌骨鸡公鸡体重、体尺显著高于母鸡(P<0.05);母鸡肝脏指数、嗉囊指数、腺胃指数、十二指肠指数、空肠指数、回肠指数、盲肠指数和直肠指数极显著高于公鸡(P<0.01);公鸡白细胞计数、红细胞计数、血红蛋白、红细胞压积、平均红细胞体积、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量和红细胞分布宽度极显著高于母鸡(P<0.01),母鸡血小板分布宽度和血小板压积显著高于公鸡(P<0.05);母鸡厚壁菌门、理研菌科RC9肠道群、产粪甾醇真杆菌群和另枝菌属相对丰度显著高于公鸡(P<0.05),母鸡RF39菌属相对丰度极显著高于公鸡(P<0.01),公鸡密螺旋体属和副拟杆菌属相对丰度显著高于母鸡(P<0.05);盲肠鼠杆菌属与平均红细胞血红蛋白、WCHB-41菌群与血小板分布宽度和血小板压积、别普雷沃氏菌属与血小板压积、互养菌属与红细胞计数呈显著正相关(P<0.05),考拉杆菌属与平均红细胞体积和平均红细胞血红蛋白、互养菌属与平均红细胞血红蛋白和平均红细胞体积呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。研究表明,无量山乌骨鸡公、母鸡体重、体尺、肠道指数存在显著差异,公鸡血液白细胞计数、红细胞计数、血红蛋白、红细胞压积、平均红细胞体积、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量、红细胞分布宽度显著高于母鸡,考拉杆菌属、拟杆菌属、普雷沃氏菌科UCG-001群、互养菌属、鼠杆菌属等与血液生理指标存在相关性。
This study aimed to investigate the differences in body weight,body size,organ indexes,blood physiological indexes,cecal microbiota composition and the correlation between blood physiological indexes and intestinal microbiota between male and female Wuliangshan black-bone chickens.The body weight,body size,organ indices,blood physiological indexes and cecal microbial diversity of 10 healthy male and 10 healthy female Wuliangshan black-bone chickens were determined.The results showed that the body weight and body size of male Wuliangshan black-bone chickens were significantly higher than those of females(P<0.05).The liver index,crop index,glandular stomach index,duodenum index,jejunum index,ileum index,cecum index and rectum index of females were extremely significantly higher than those of males(P<0.01).The white blood cell count,red blood cell count,hemoglobin,hematocrit,mean corpuscular volume,mean corpuscular hemoglobin and red blood cell distribution width of males were extremely significantly higher than those of females(P<0.01),while the platelet distribution width and platelet hematocrit of females were significantly higher than those of males(P<0.05).The relative abundance of Firmicutes,Rikenellaceae RC9 gut group,Eubacterium coprostanoligenes group and Alistipes in females were significantly higher than those in males(P<0.05).The relative abundance of RF39 in females were extremely significantly higher than those in males(P<0.01),while the relative abundances of Treponema and Parabacteroides in males were significantly higher than those in females(P<0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between Muribacter in the cecum and mean corpuscular hemoglobin,WCHB-41 group and platelet distribution width as well as platelet hematocrit,Alloprevotella and platelet hematocrit,and Syntrophomonas and red blood cell count(P<0.05).In contrast,Phascolarctobacterium was significantly negatively correlated with mean corpuscular volume and mean corpuscular hemoglobin(P<0.05);Prevotellaceae UCG-001 group was significantly negatively correlated with mean platelet volume and platelet distribution width(P<0.05);Syntrophomonas was significantly negatively correlated with mean corpuscular hemoglobin and mean corpuscular volume(P<0.05).It was suggested that there were differences in body weight,body size and intestinal indexes between male and female Wuliangshan black-bone chickens.Males had higher blood white blood cell count,red blood cell count,hemoglobin,hematocrit,mean red blood cell volume,mean red blood cell hemoglobin and red blood cell distribution width than females.Cecal microbiota such as Phascolarctobacterium,Bacteroides,Prevotellaceae UCG-001 group,Syntrophomonas and Muribacter were correlated with blood physiological indexes.
