SnIn_(4)S_(8)的制备及其在可见光下催化苄胺氧化偶联的性能

Synthesis of SnIn_(4)S_(8) and Its Photocatalytic Performancefor Oxidative Coupling of Benzylamine Under Visible Light

摘要 苄胺的光催化氧化偶联是一种绿色环保的合成亚胺的方法,具有重要的应用价值。为合成更加高效的光催化剂,本文采用溶剂热法,添加不同的表面活性剂制备了SnIn_(4)S_(8)(SIS)系列催化剂,对样品进行X-射线衍射、傅里叶变换红外、紫外-可见漫反射等测试。将所制备的光催化剂用于可见光下催化苄胺(BA)的氧化偶联反应,发现表面活性剂的加入对SnIn_(4)S_(8)的光催化活性有明显的影响。其中,添加十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)制备的SnIn_(4)S_(8)(SIS-CTAB)的光催化性能最佳。反应2.5 h,即有94.2%的苄胺转化,其中有98.0%转化为目标产物N-苄亚甲基苄胺,这归因于SIS-CTAB中优异的光生载流子分离和传输效率。循环结果表明,SIS-CTAB具有较好的稳定性和可回收性。 The photocatalytic oxidative coupling of benzylamine is a green and environmentally friendly method for synthesizing imines,possessing significant application value.To synthesize a more efficient photocatalyst,a series of SnIn_(4)S_(8)(SIS)photocatalysts were prepared by a solvothermal method with the incorporation of different surfactants.The as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared specoroscopy(FT-IR),ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(UV-vis DRS).The prepared photocatalysts were applied to the oxidative coupling of benzylamine(BA)under visible light.It is found that the addition of surfactants has a significant influence on the photocatalytic activity of SnIn_(4)S_(8).Among all samples,the SnIn_(4)S_(8)(SIS-CTAB)prepared with the addition of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB)exhibits the optimal photocatalytic performance.After a reaction time of 2.5 hours,the conversion of benzylamine reaches 94.2%,with 98.0%of the converted substrate being transformed into the target product,N-benzylidenebenzylamine.This is attributed to the excellent separation and transfer efficiency of photogenerated charge carriers in SIS-CTAB.The cyclic tests show that SIS-CTAB possesses good stability and recyclability.
