摘要
传统逆变器户外机柜散热结构优化主要依赖人工经验和反复仿真计算。这种方式效率低下,且在多参数相互耦合时,难以找到最优散热方案。引入人工智能优化方法,对散热结构参数进行智能建模和协同优化,实现在多设计变量条件下的快速全局寻优,在保证系统能效的同时,提升逆变器机柜的散热性能。
The optimization of heat dissipation structures in traditional outdoor inverter cabinets is often based on engineering experience and repeated simulation.This process is time-consuming and inefficient.When multiple parameters interact,it is also difficult to obtain a optimal solution.To address these issues,this paper applies artificial intelligence–based optimization methods to build intelligent models and jointly optimize heat dissipation structure parameters.The proposed approach enables fast global optimization under multiple design variables.While maintaining system energy efficiency,it effectively improves the thermal performance of the inverter cabinet.
