宁夏照壁山水库的运行方案研究

摘要 照壁山水库作为宁夏中卫市工业区的重要水源工程,其泥沙淤积问题直接影响水库库容与长期运行。因此,基于下河沿水文站2018年典型年含沙量数据,综合考虑工业用水需求与蒸发渗漏损失,设置了4种差异化进水运行方案。采用水沙平衡法计算各方案年淤积量与淤积厚度,并预测2024年~2053年共30 a的累积淤积发展。结果表明:方案三和方案四通过“高沙少进、低沙多进”的调度,年淤积量较方案一与方案二降低约48%;且至2053年方案四累积淤积量仅占总库容的7.8%,显著优于方案一与方案二,并在减淤效果与方案三相当的前提下更具有运行灵活性与安全性,有效延长了水库使用寿命。 The Zhaobishan Reservoir,as an important water source project in the industrial zone of Zhongwei City,Ningxia,has a problem of sediment deposition that directly affects its storage capacity and long-term operation.Therefore,based on the typical annual sediment content data of the Xiaheyan Hydrological Station in 2018,and taking into account the industrial water demand and evaporation and seepage losses comprehensively,four different operation schemes of the reservoir are proposed.The annual siltation volume and siltation thickness of each scheme are calculated by using the water-sediment balance method,and the cumulative sediment deposition over a total of 30 years from 2024 to 2053 is predicted,respectively.The results show that:(a)through the scheduling of“Less inflow for high sediment and more inflow for low sediment”in the Scheme III and Scheme IV,the annual sedimentation volume is reduced by approximately 48%compared with the Scheme I and II;(b)by 2053,the cumulative siltation volume of the Scheme IV only accounts for 7.8%of total reservoir capacity,which is significantly better than that of the Scheme I and II,and under the premise of having a similar siltation reduction effect to the Scheme III,it can offer greater operational flexibility and safety,effectively extending the service life of the reservoir.
