抽水蓄能电站调节保证有关问题浅析

摘要 在我国新型电力系统加快构建的背景下,为提升抽水蓄能电站输水发电系统的调节保证可靠性和过渡过程安全性,通过统计分析和实地调研,从电力辅助服务带来的调节保证问题、水流惯性和机组惯性、蜗壳和进水阀压力、进/出水口闸门井涌波、上下库水位对调节保证的影响、电气主接线及一洞多机布置对调节保证的影响、过渡过程现场试验及反演预测等多个角度进行分析和探讨,提出了相应的建议,以期为增强抽水蓄能电站的本质安全水平提供参考。 Under the background of China's accelerated construction of the new electricity system,in order to enhance the regulation guarantee reliability and the safety of the hydraulic transient process of water conveyance and power generation system in pumped-storage power stations,several issues related to regulation guarantees of pumped-storage power stations are discussed based on statistical analysis and on-site investigation,including the regulation guarantee issues brought by power auxiliary services,the inertia of water flow and generating units,the pressure of the spiral case and the turbine inlet valve,the surge waves in the inlet/outlet gate wells,the influence of the upper and lower reservoir water levels on the regulation guarantee,the influence of the main electrical connection and multiple-unit arrangement form on the regulation guarantee,the field test,inversion and prediction of the hydraulic transient process.Based on the analysis results,corresponding suggestions are put forward,for providing a reference for further strengthening the intrinsic safety of pumped-storage power stations.
