摘要
目的:探讨数字减影血管造影(DSA)步进式成像技术在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症诊疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年3月—2025年3月于南通市通州区人民医院接受下肢动脉造影的下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者90例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组采用分段式DSA检查,观察组采用DSA步进式成像技术。对比两组造影剂使用量、检查时间、图像质量及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组造影剂使用量少于对照组(P<0.001),检查时间短于对照组(P<0.001),图像质量优良率高于对照组(P=0.014);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P=0.049)。结论:DSA步进式成像技术在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症诊疗中的应用效果较好,能够减少造影剂用量,缩短检查时间,提高图像质量,且安全性良好。
Objective:To explore the application effect of digital subtraction angiography(DSA)step-by-step imaging technique in the diagnosis and treatment of lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans.Methods:A total of 96 patients with lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans who underwent lower limb artery angiography at Nantong Tongzhou People's Hospital from March 2023to March 2025 were selected.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was examined using segmented DSA and the observation group was examined using DSA step-by-step imaging technique.The amount of contrast agent used,examination time,image quality,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The amount of contrast agent used in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.001),the examination time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.001),and the excellent and good rate of image quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.014).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=O.049).Conclusion:The application of DSA step-by-step imaging technique has good effects in the diagnosis and treatment of lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans,and can reduce the amount of contrast agent used,shorten the examination time,improve the image quality,and achieve good safety.
