摘要
目的:分析地舒单抗治疗老年骨质疏松症的疗效及对患者骨密度、骨代谢的影响。方法:选取新沂市人民医院2022年1月—2024年6月收治的80例老年骨质疏松症患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(50例,应用碳酸钙D3、维生素D2)、观察组(30例,在对照组基础上联合地舒单抗治疗)。对比两组骨密度、骨代谢水平、治疗效果、生活质量。结果:治疗后,观察组全髋关节骨密度、L_(1~5)骨密度水平较对照组高(P<0.05),β-胶原降解产物水平较对照组低(P<0.001);观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高(P=0.035);治疗后,观察组个人精力、躯体疼痛、生理功能、精神状态、生理职能、社会职能、总体健康、情感职能评分比对照组高(P<0.001)。结论:地舒单抗有助于改善老年骨质疏松症患者的骨密度、骨代谢水平,提高其生活质量,治疗效果较好。
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of denosumab in the treatment of senile osteoporosis and its influence on bone mineral density and bone metabolism of patients.Methods:A total of 80 elderly patients with osteoporosis admitted to Xinyi People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2024 were selected.According to the random number table method,these patients were divided into the control group(50 cases,receiving calcium carbonate D,and vitamin D,treatment)and the observation group(30 cases,receiving denosumab treatment on the basis of control group).The bone mineral density,bone metabolism level,treatment effeect,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the observation group's levels of total hip bone mineral density and ILs bone mineral density were higher than the control group(P<0.o5),and the observation group's level of-eollagen degradation produets was lower than the control group(P<0.001).The observation group's overall response rate of treatment was higher than the control group(P=0.035).After treatment,the scores of personal energy,bodily pain,physical function,mental state,physical functioning,social funetion,general health and emotional function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conelusion:Denosumab can improve bone mineral density,bone metabolism level and quality of life in elderly patients with osteoporosis,and has a good therapeutic effeet.
