基于UVC-LED的智能化电梯按键消毒装置研究与应用

摘要 针对建筑电梯按键容易沾染病原体造成交叉感染的问题,本研究采用AlGaN基深紫外LED技术进行快速杀菌消毒。根据电梯面板外形,设计了独特的消毒装置结构,根据实际场景应用,搭建出智能化红外感应定时杀菌电路。可实现人触摸按键后即可进行杀菌,一定时间后自动停止杀菌。并通过光学仿真对方案优化,确定出核心器件深紫外LED最优参数(光源数量、发光角度、灯珠间距、光源板倾斜度、光功率大小等),进而提高消毒装置辐照强度,减少消毒时间。最后通过样机研制,证实该装置功能符合智能控制设计要求,辐照强度数值与仿真数据接近,并进行物体表面模拟现场消毒试验和物体表面消毒现场试验。结果表明:该装置设定杀菌时间15 s,即可对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌杀菌率达99.9%,对自然菌杀菌率可达90%。该方案可作为案例推广到不同的物表消毒场景应用中。 To address the problem that building elevator buttons are easily contaminated with pathogens and cause cross-infection,this study adopts AlGaN-based deep ultraviolet LED technology for rapid sterilization and disinfection.According to the shape of the elevator panel,a unique disinfection device structure was designed,and an intelligent infrared sensing timed sterilization circuit was constructed based on practical application scenarios.The system can perform sterilization immediately after a person touches the button and automatically stop sterilization after a certain period of time.Through optical simulation,the scheme was optimized,and the optimal parameters of the core deep ultraviolet LED devices(including the number of light sources,emission angle,spacing between LED beads,inclination angle of the light source board,and optical power,etc.)were determined,thereby improving the irradiation intensity of the disinfection device and reducing disinfection time.Finally,prototype development verified that the device functions meet the requirements of intelligent control design,the measured irradiation intensity values are close to the simulation data,and simulated on-site surface disinfection tests as well as on-site surface disinfection experiments were conducted.The results show that with a preset sterilization time of 15 s,the device can achieve a 99.9%sterilization rate against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus,and up to a 90%sterilization rate against natural bacteria.This scheme can be promoted as a reference case for application in different object surface disinfection scenarios.
