摘要 本研究开发了一种无甲醇溶剂的二甘氨酸钠碳酸盐绿色合成工艺,通过甘氨酸与碳酸氢钠在80℃水相体系中反应制备二甘氨酸钠碳酸盐产品。通过精确控制升温速率(初始阶段20℃/10 min,后续10℃/10 min)优化反应动力学路径,结合喷雾干燥—双锥干燥联用技术实现产物高效结晶。与传统甲醇浸泡法相比,本工艺避免有机溶剂使用,具有显著环保优势。研究揭示了升温速率对缩合反应中间体形成的关键影响,为氨基酸衍生物的绿色合成提供了新思路。 In this study,a green synthesis process of sodium diglycine carbonate without methanol solvent was developed.The sodium diglycine carbonate product was prepared by the reaction of glycine and sodium bicarbonate in an aqueous phase system at 80℃.The reaction kinetic path was optimized by precisely controlling the heating rate(20℃/10 min in the initial stage and 10℃/10 min in the subsequent stage),and the high-efficiency crystallization of the product was achieved by combining the spray drying-double cone drying technology.Compared with the traditional methanol soaking method,this process avoids the use of organic solvents and has significant environmental advantages.The study reveals the key effect of heating rate on the formation of condensation reaction intermediates,and provides a new paradigm for the green synthesis of amino acid derivatives.
