摘要
外部政策是高校辅导员职业发展的重要环境因素,对高校辅导员增强职业使命、实现职业成就具有重要支撑作用。以1978—2024年的141份与高校辅导员职业发展有关的政策文本为研究对象,将我国高校辅导员职业发展政策的历史演进分为规范探索阶段、渐进扩展阶段、专业发展阶段、制度完善阶段,运用政策文本量化分析法,从基本事实和价值分析两个方面探讨我国高校辅导员职业发展政策的发展方向和演进脉络。基于研究结果,建议从宏观和微观两个层面提升对高校辅导员职业发展的政策关注度,深化高校辅导员职业发展研究,提炼具有中国特色的高校辅导员职业发展模式,厘清高校辅导员职业发展政策的定位,强化高校辅导员职业发展政策协同。
External policies are important environmental factors for the career development of college counselors,which play a crucial supporting role in enhancing the professional mission and achieving professional achievements of college counselors.Taking 141 policy texts related to the career development of college counselors from 1978 to 2024 as the research object,this paper divides the historical evolution of career development policies of college counselors in China into four stages of the normative exploration stage,the gradual expansion stage,the professional development stage and the institutional improvement stage.Using the quantitative analysis method of policy texts,this paper explores the development direction and evolution of career development policies of college counselors in China from two aspects of basic facts and value analysis.Based on the results,it is recommended to increase policy attention to the career development of college counselors from both macro and micro levels,deepen the research on the career development of college counselors,refine the career development model of college counselors with Chinese characteristics,clarify the positioning and strengthen the coordination of career development policies of college counselor.
