摘要
持续推进数字乡村发展战略是推动我国农业现代化的重要路径。基于中国劳动力动态调查与省级宏观数据,采用有序Probit模型与中介效应模型系统探讨乡村数字化建设对农户农业机械化的影响。研究发现:乡村数字化建设诱导农户采用半机械化或全机械化进行粮食生产,乡村数字化建设每提升1%,农户采用传统农耕方式生产粮食作物的概率降低0.534%,采用半机械化模式的概率增加0.090%,采用全机械化以提高生产效率的概率增加0.444%。此外,人力资本在乡村数字化促进农业机械化的过程中发挥部分中介作用,中介效应占比为1.0%。粮食主产区与高收入家庭以其丰富的资源禀赋为乡村数字化建设提高农业机械化水平提供优越的发展条件。因此,建议强化农村数字基础设施布局,针对性提升农户数字技能与人力资本,并依据区域特征制定差异化政策,以加速农业机械化与现代化进程。
The sustained implementation of the digital rural development strategy serves as a crucial pathway to advance agricultural modernization in China.Based on the China Labor Dynamics Survey and provincial macro data,an ordered Probit model and an intermediary effect model were used to systematically explore the impact of rural digitalization construction on farmers'agricultural mechanization.The findings reveal that rural digitalization construction significantly incentivizes farmers to adopt semi-mechanized or fully mechanized practices for grain production.For every 1%increase in rural digitalization construction,the probability of farmers using traditional farming methods to produce grain crops decreases by 0.534%,the probability of using semi mechanization mode increases by 0.O90%,and the probability of using full mechanization to improve production efficiency increases by 0.444%.Furthermore,human capital plays a partial mediating role in the process of rural digitalization promoting agricultural mechanization,with the mediating effect accounting for 1.0%.Major grain-producing areas and high-income households exhibit stronger mechanization outcomes due to their abundant resource endowments and superior conditions for digital transformation.Policy recommendations include strengthening the deployment of rural digital infrastructure,enhancing farmers'digital skills and human capital,and formulating differentiated policies tailored to regional characteristics to accelerate agricultural mechanization and modernization.
