CO_(2)加氢合成甲醇催化体系研究进展

摘要 CO_(2)加氢合成甲醇是当前研究热点。综述了CO_(2)加氢合成甲醇催化体系的研究进展,重点分析了Cu基催化剂的活性中心、助剂与载体的协同作用机制,对比了贵金属(如Pt,Rh,Ru等)催化剂及其他新型催化剂(如In_(2)O_(3)基、Mo基和Ga基催化剂)的催化性能,并提出当前技术面临的挑战和未来的研究方向,即开发高效、耐烧结的复合催化体系。通过技术创新与应用推广,CO_(2)加氢合成甲醇技术有望成为绿色低碳发展的重要支撑。 The hydrogenation of CO_(2) to synthesize methanol has become a current research hotspot.The research progress of catalytic systems for hydrogenation of CO_(2) to methanol is reviewed.The synergistic action mechanisms among the active sites,promoters and supports of Cu-based catalysts are analyzed,and the performance of noble metal catalysts(such as Pt,Rh,and Ru)and other new-type catalysts(such as In_(2)O_(3)-based,Mo-based,and Ga-based catalysts)is compared.The challenges facing current technologies and future research directions are also pointed out.It is necessary to develop efficient and sintering-resistant composite catalytic systems.Through technological innovation and application promotion,the technology of hydrogenation of CO_(2) to synthesize methanol is expected to become an important support for green and low-carbon development.
