摘要
在全球人口老龄化与博物馆公共责任加强的背景下,博物馆应加深对老年群体的理解,形成可持续的支持路径。本文以同理心(empathy)为价值锚点,引入智慧养老视角,采用概念性文献梳理和探索性案例阐释,提出由服务(Service)、展陈(Exhibition)与扩散(Diffusion)构成的SED框架,以梳理博物馆适老化的关键维度与实现路径。通过分析海外案例的场景与实践,本文认为SED框架有助于博物馆在全龄视角落实博物馆新定义,在多场域融入老龄友好型社会建设。
Against the backdrop of global population aging and the strengthening of museums public responsibilities,museums are called upon to deepen their understanding of the older population and develop sustainable support pathways.Anchored in empathy as a value orientation and informed by perspectives from smart eldercare,this paper adopts a conceptual literature review and an exploratory case interpretation to propose an SED framework composed of Service,Exhibition,and Diffusion.The framework is used to clarify the key dimensions and implementation pathways of age-friendly museum practices.Through an analysis of the contexts and practices of overseas cases,the paper argues that the SED framework can assist museums in implementing the new museum definition from an all-ages perspective and in contributing to the development of age-friendly societies across multiple settings.
