摘要
目的探讨联合应用西格列汀与二甲双胍在老年2型糖尿病中的治疗效果。方法方便选取2023年8—12月丹凤县医院收治的110例老年2型糖尿病患者,按照不同治疗方法分组,将接受二甲双胍治疗的55例患者与接受西格列汀+二甲双胍治疗的55例患者分别纳入对照组与研究组。持续治疗12周后,对比两组患者的胰岛β细胞功能、不良反应、治疗效果、血糖指标水平。结果相比于对照组,研究组治疗总有效率、胰岛β细胞功能指数更高,糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖、血糖变异系数、平均血糖波动幅度、平均血糖、空腹胰岛素水平、胰岛素抵抗指数均更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。药物不良反应方面,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床采用西格列汀与二甲双胍联合治疗老年2型糖尿病患者能够产生协同效应,可优化胰岛β细胞功能,有效调控患者的血糖水平,且疗效与安全性较好,可以延缓老年2型糖尿病患者的病情发展、提升患者预后状况。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of combined application of sitagliptin and metformin in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 110 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Danfeng County Hospital from August to December 2023 were conveniently selected.According to different treat⁃ment methods,55 patients receiving metformin treatment and 55 patients receiving sitagliptin+metformin treatment were included in the control group and the study group,respectively.After 12 weeks of continuous treatment,the pan⁃creaticβ-cell function,adverse reactions,therapeutic effects,and blood glucose index levels of the two groups of pa⁃tients were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment and the index of pancreaticβ-cell function in the study group were higher,while the levels of glycated hemoglobin A1c,2-hour post⁃prandial plasma glucose,fasting plasma glucose,coefficient of blood glucose variation,average blood glucose fluctua⁃tion amplitude,average blood glucose,fasting insulin level,and insulin resistance index were lower,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).In terms of adverse drug reactions,there was no statistically significant dif⁃ference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In clinical practice,the combined treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus using sitagliptin and metformin can produce a synergistic effect.It can optimize the func⁃tion of pancreatic beta cells,effectively regulate the blood sugar levels of patients,and has good efficacy and safety.This treatment can delay the progression of the disease in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and improve their prognosis.
