新能源汽车智能热管理技术的应用研究

摘要 为应对新能源汽车能效提升及极端环境适应的需求,本项研究详细探究了智能热管理技术的应用机理以及实践途径,对液体冷却、空气冷却、相变材料、热泵系统与传感器AI集成五大核心技术加以梳理,发觉智能热管理能让电池温差维持在5℃以内,冬季续航损失下降15%~20%,电机持续功率输出的能力提升幅度达40%,传感器网络与AI算法深度融合温度预测准确率可达成95%以上,系统能效增进了7%,但依旧面临成本上升、系统集成复杂和极端工况适应性欠佳等挑战,日后要借新型材料运用、模块化整合和数字孪生技术来取得突破。 To address the needs for enhancing energy efficiency and adapting to extreme environments in new energy vehicles,this study delves into the application mechanisms and practical approaches of intelligent thermal management technology.It examines five core technologies:liquid cooling,air cooling,phase change materials,heat pump systems,and the integration of sensors with AI.The study finds that intelligent thermal management can maintain the temperature difference of batteries within 5℃,reduce winter range loss by 15%~20%,increase the continuous power output capacity of motors by up to 40%,and achieve a temperature prediction accuracy of over 95%through the deep integration of sensor networks and AI algorithms.The system's energy efficiency is improved by 7%.However,it still faces challenges such as rising costs,complex system integration,and poor adaptability to extreme operating conditions.In the future,breakthroughs are expected through the application of new materials,modular integration,and digital twin technology.
