随着技术的飞速发展,新能源汽车电机控制器的集成度越来越高,控制策略日趋复杂,对其结构和潜在故障模式的深入理解显得尤为重要。本文系统地剖析了电机控制器的基本构成与功能,按照结构组成对其常见故障进行了分类,详细梳理了故障产生的原因及潜在的影响。通过本文的论述,期望为相关领域的研究人员提供有价值的参考。
With the rapid development of technology,the integration degree of motor controllers in new energy vehicles is getting higher and higher,and the control strategies are becoming increasingly complex.A deep understanding of their structure and potential failure modes is particularly important.This article systematically analyzes the basic composition and functions of the motor controller.The common faults of motor controllers were classified according to their structural composition,and the causes and potential impacts of the faults were sorted out in detail.Through the discussion in this article,it is expected to provide valuable references for researchers in related fields.
