摘要
目的构建基于患者需求的互联网医疗团队服务要素配置指标体系(以下简称指标体系),以期为推动互联网医疗服务发展提供参考。方法2023年11月至2024年5月,采用目的抽样法,选取20例有互联网医疗团队问诊经历的患者进行半结构化访谈;将访谈资料、国家相关政策文件和主流媒体相关报道作为资料来源,采用扎根理论分析构建初始指标体系,采用德尔菲法筛选和确定指标。结果经三级编码,得到36个初始范畴、8个主范畴和4个核心范畴,作为初始指标体系。2轮咨询的专家积极程度均为100.00%,专家权威系数为0.85,肯德尔协调系数分别为0.39和0.52且P<0.001。最终确定指标体系包含4个一级指标、8个二级指标和25个三级指标。其中,一级指标为平台友好性、团队建设科学性、服务过程专业性和服务质量保证性,权重分别为0.2242、0.2456、0.2717和0.2585。结论指标体系具有良好的科学性和全面性,可为优化互联网医疗服务提供工具或参考。
Objective To construct an element configuration index system for internet medical team services based on patient needs,so as to provide references for promoting the development of internet medical services.Methods From November 2023 to May 2024,purposive sampling employed was to select 20 patients with prior experience of consultations with internet medical teams for semi-structured interviews.Interview data,relevant national policy documents,and mainstream media reports were served as the primary research sources.Grounded theory method was used to construct an initial index system,which was then refined and finalized through a Delphi method.ResultsThrough three-level coding,36 initial categories,8 primary categories and 4 core categories were identified to form the initial index system.Expert engagement rates in both consultation rounds reached 100.00%,with an expert authority coefficient of 0.85.Kendall′s W were 0.39 and 0.52 respectively,both with P<0.001.The finalized index system comprised 4 first-level indexes,8 second-level indexes,and 25 third-level indexes.The first-level indexes were platform user-friendliness,scientific team development,professional service process,and service quality assurance,with respective weights of 0.2242,0.2456,0.2717,and 0.2585.Conclusions This index system possessed sound scientific rigor and comprehensive coverage,which could provide tools or references for optimizing internet medical services.
