地铁隧道盾构掘进大口径管线障碍物处理技术研究与实践

摘要 城市地铁区间隧道穿越城区经常遇到各种地下大口径管线等障碍物,盾构掘进施工前必须对这些障碍物进行处理。以南京地铁5号线出入段线区间隧道施工遇到的DN1 800 mm废弃污水管为工程背景,针对区间隧道覆土浅、与完工正线隧道垂直净距小、待穿越污水管存在接头钢板、现场环境复杂等问题,通过多方案比选,确定采用管道内清障、盾构机直接切削污水管的方案进行盾构隧道施工。通过在既有污水管道增加工作井完成管道清淤、管道接头钢板拆除和管道回填,通过盾构机选型的刀具选择及掘进参数控制等措施顺利穿越DN1 800 mm废弃污水管,为地铁区间隧道施工中类似大口径管线障碍物处理提供了参考和借鉴。 During the construction of urban subway tunnels,large-diameter underground pipelines and similar obstacles are frequently encountered in urban areas,which must be addressed prior to shield tunneling.This paper presents a case study involving a DN1800 mm abandoned sewage pipe encountered during the construction of the Nanjing metro line 5 entrance/exit section tunnel.Key challenges included shallow soil cover over the tunnel,a small vertical clearance from the completed main tunnel,the presence of joint steel plates in the sewage pipe to be traversed,and the complex on-site environment.Through a comparative analysis of multiple solutions,the method of internal pipeline clearance and direct cutting of the sewage pipe by the shield machine was selected for the shield tunneling construction.By constructing additional working shafts in the existing sewage pipeline,tasks such as sediment removal,dismantling of joint steel plates,and pipeline backfilling were accomplished.Furthermore,the successful traversal of the DN1800 mm abandoned sewage pipe was achieved through careful selection of cutting tools and precise control of tunneling parameters during shield machine configuration.This study provides valuable references and insights for the treatment of similar large-diameter pipeline obstacles in urban subway tunnel construction.
