摘要
为保障铁路网络数据资源的保密性、完整性和可用性,文章依据国家政策法规和标准规范,分析了国内外的网络数据安全管理研究现状,以及铁路领域网络数据安全现状和存在的不足,结合铁路行业特点,设计了一套覆盖组织建设、管理制度、技术标准、防护技术、数据安全运营等多维度的铁路网络数据安全治理体系,为铁路网络数据安全发展提供了思路,为提升铁路行业的网络数据安全整体防护水平提供支撑。
To ensure the confidentiality,integrity,and availability of railway network data resources,this paper analyzed the current state of research on network data security management both domestically and internationally,as well as the existing gaps in railway network data security.Based on national policies,regulations,and standards,combining the characteristics of the railway industry,it designed a comprehensive railway network data security governance system that covered organizational construction,management systems,technical standards,protection technologies,and data security operations.This system provided insights for the development of railway network data security and supported the overall improvement of network data security in the railway industry.
