摘要
赤羽病是由赤羽病病毒(Akabane virus,AKAV)引发的牛羊繁殖障碍性传染病,以库蠓等吸血昆虫为传播媒介,可导致怀孕母畜流产、死胎、畸形胎,并因牛奶产量下降及病畜损失对畜牧业造成严重经济损失。该病广泛分布于东亚热带与亚热带地区、澳大利亚、中东及非洲。本文从病原学特征、致病机制、易感动物范围、病理变化、传播途径及流行范围等方面展开综述,系统梳理AKAV的生物学特性与流行病学规律,为赤羽病的防控策略制定提供理论依据和参考。
Akabane disease,caused by Akabane virus(AKAV),is a reproductive disorder infectious disease in cattle and sheep,with blood-sucking insects such as Culicoides as the transmission vector.It can lead to abortion,stillbirth and malformed fetuses in pregnant livestock,and cause serious economic losses to the livestock industry due to decreased milk production and loss of diseased animals.This disease is widely distributed in tropical and subtropical regions of East Asia,Australia,the Middle East and Africa.This article reviews the pathogenic characteristics,pathogenic mechanism,susceptible animal range,pathological changes,transmission routes and epidemic range of AKAV,systematically sorts out the biological characteristics and epidemiological patterns of AKAV,and provides theoretical basis and reference for the formulation of prevention and control strategies for Akabane disease.
