摘要
目的观察麻黄附子甘草汤辅助治疗冠心病的效果。方法选取125例冠心病患者按照随机数字表法分为常规组62例,辅助组63例。常规组实施常规药物治疗,辅助组采用麻黄附子甘草汤辅助治疗,治疗后均随访1年。比较两组的炎症指标、心肌损伤标志物、主要不良心血管事件(MACE)发生情况以及心功能指标。结果不同治疗方案下,辅助组的基质外金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、半胱天冬酶-3(CASP-3)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。辅助组的肌红蛋白(MYO)、心肌肌钙蛋白(cTnT)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)均低于常规组(P<0.05)。随访期间,辅助组的MACE发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。随访结束时,辅助组的LVEF、CO均高于常规组,LVEDV、LVESV均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论麻黄附子甘草汤辅助治疗冠心病能减轻患者炎症反应及心肌损伤,对降低患者MACE发生风险并促进心功能恢复均有积极影响。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Mahuang Fuzi Gancao decoction as an adjuvant therapy for coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 125 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into the control group(n=62)and adjuvant group(n=63).The control group were received conventional drug therapy,while the adjuvant group were received Mahuang Fuzi Gancao decoction in addition to conventional treatment.Both groups were followed up for one year after treatment.Inflammatory markers,myocardial injury biomarkers,major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE),and cardiac function parameters were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),caspase-3(CASP-3),interleukin-6(IL-6),and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)in the adjuvant group were significantly lower than those in the control group,showing a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The levels of myoglobin(MYO),cardiac troponin T(cTnT),creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB),and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)were also significantly reduced(P<0.05).During the follow-up period,the incidence of MACE was lower in the adjuvant group than in the control group(P<0.05).At the end of follow-up,the adjuvant group showed higher left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and cardiac output(CO),and lower left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV)and left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV)compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mahuang Fuzi Gancao decoction as an adjuvant therapy in patients with coronary heart disease may alleviate inflammation and myocardial injury,reduce the risk of major adverse cardiovascular events,and promote cardiac functional recovery.
