我国户外运动产业数字化转型:驱动因素、现实困境与实践路径

Digital Transformation of Outdoor Sports Industry in China:Driving Factors,Realistic Dilemma and Practical Path

摘要 户外运动产业数字化转型是构建现代户外运动产业体系,满足人民群众多样化体育需求的关键抓手。运用文献资料、实地调研等方法,以TOE理论为学理支撑,构建技术一组织一环境一需求(TOED)分析框架,深入探究户外运动产业数字化转型的驱动因素、现实困境和实践路径。户外运动产业数字化转型的驱动因素包括新兴技术的推动力、产业主体的执行力、国家政策的保障力和市场需求的拉动力。在转型过程中仍面临数字技术根基薄弱,制约数字化转型的技术推动;数字环境建设滞后,限制数字化转型的外部保障;组织内部效能不足,阻碍数字化转型的主体执行;市场需求复杂多变,削弱数字化转型的供需平衡。据此提出筑牢户外运动产业技术创新强化体系、打造户外运动产业组织效能支撑体系、健全户外运动产业数字生态保障体系和构建户外运动产业需求多元响应体系的实践路径。 The digital transformation of outdoor sports industry is the key to building a modern outdoor sports industry system and meeting the diverse sports needs of the people.By using the methods of literature review and field investigation,this paper takes TOE theory as the theoretical support,constructs the analysis framework of Technology-Organization-Environment-Demand(TOED),and deeply explores the driving factors,practical difficulties and practical paths of the digital transformation of outdoor sports industry.The driving factors of the digital transformation of outdoor sports industry include the driving force of emerging technologies,the execution of industrial subjects,the guarantee of national policies and the pulling force of market demand.However,there are still many problems in the process of transformation:the weak foundation of digital technology restricts the technological promotion of digital transformation;the lag of digital environment construction limits the external guarantee of digital transformation;the insufficient internal efficiency of the organization hinders the implementation of the main body of digital transformation;the complex and changeable market demand weakens the supply and demand balance of digital transformation.Based on this,this paper puts forward the practical path of building a strong outdoor sports industry technology innovation strengthening system,building an outdoor sports industry organization efficiency support system,improving the outdoor sports industry digital ecological security system,and building an outdoor sports industry demand multiple response system.
