摘要
目的对国内外患者药物素养相关干预研究进行范围综述,了解药物素养干预领域的现状。方法根据范围综述的方法,检索PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane、中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学数据库等数据库建库至2023年9月26日的相关文献,对纳入的文献进行分析和讨论。结果最终纳入11篇文献。纳入文献中,最早的是2016年进行的研究。研究的干预对象以患者为主,针对患者生活环境的干预较少;干预的内容包括知识宣教、技能宣教、强化信念、用药随访和安全用药工具等;干预的结局指标主要包括患者的知信行、身体状况和出院满意度等三个方面。结论我国药物素养研究起步晚,但发展迅速;药物素养干预的内容与形式呈多边化;干预显示出积极的效果,但是在干预过程中仍有不足之处。
Objective To review the research on medication literacy of patients at home and abroad,and understand the current situation in the field of medication literacy intervention.Methods According to the scoping review method,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,Cochrane,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data,VIP,China Biology Medicine Database,and other databases were searched for relevant literature up to September 26,2023.The included literature was analyzed and discussed.Results A total of 11 articles were included.Among the included literature,the earliest study was conducted in 2016.The intervention targets were primarily patients,with fewer interventions targeting their living environments.The intervention content included knowledge dissemination,skill education,belief reinforcement,medication follow-up,and safe medication tools.The outcome indicators of the intervention mainly encompassed three aspects:patients'KAP,physical condition,and satisfaction with discharge.Conclusion The research on medication literacy in China started late but has developed rapidly.The content and form of medication literacy intervention have become diversified.Although the intervention had shown positive effects,there are still shortcomings in the process.
