摘要
环境监测大数据在污染防控中发挥着关键作用。基于此构建的污染溯源与精准治理决策支持系统,通过构建多源异构数据融合架构,实现监测网络立体化数据采集、异构数据标准化治理及动态数据资源池的智能管理;运用时空特征挖掘、多源数据关联分析等技术构建污染溯源智能分析模型,并搭建治理方案智能生成、决策模拟评估及过程动态调控的精准治理决策支持体系,从而实现对环境污染的精准溯源与高效治理,为生态环境保护提供科学决策依据。
Environmental monitoring big data plays a key role in pollution prevention and control.Based on this,the pollution traceability and accurate governance decision-making support system,by building a multi-source heterogeneous data fusion architecture,it realizes the three-dimensional data collection of monitoring network,heterogeneous data standardized governance and intelligent management of dynamic data resource pools;uses space-time feature mining,multi-source data association analysis and other technologies to build pollution traceability intelligence.It can analyze models and build a precise governance decision-making support system for intelligent generation of governance plans,decision-making simulation evaluation and dynamic process regulation,so as to achieve accurate traceability and effi cient management of environmental pollution,and provide a scientifi c decision-making basis for ecological and environmental protection.
