平庄西露天矿高陡原岩边坡无客土生态修复技术的应用

Application of ecological restoration technology for high and steep original rock slope without imported soil in Pingzhuang West Open-pit Mine

摘要 为了探究微生物修复技术在露天煤矿高陡边坡生态修复中的效能,选取平庄西露天煤矿矿区一处典型高陡边坡开展实地修复工作。利用场地分离的功能微生物和原有的功能微生物,对高陡边坡进行了原位无客土生态修复,探究了微生物修复在提升土壤质量、促进植被恢复以及构建自维持生态系统等方面的应用成效。结果表明:从边坡土壤中成功分离出多株具有固氮或解磷功能的微生物,修复后的边坡土壤肥力显著提升,植被覆盖度超过80%,底层微生物生态系统的稳定性和功能得以恢复。 In order to investigate the effectiveness of microbial remediation technology in the ecological restoration of high and steep slopes in open-pit coal mines,a typical high and steep slope in Pingzhuang West Open-pit Coal Mine area is selected for field restoration work.Functional microorganisms isolated from the site and those already available in the laboratory are utilized to carry out without imported soil ecological restoration of high and steep slopes,and the effectiveness of microbial remediation is investigated in terms of upgrading the soil quality,promoting the restoration of vegetation and constructing self-sustaining ecosystems.The results show that several microorganisms with the functions of nitrogen fixation and phosphorus solubilization are successfully isolated from the slope soil,the soil fertility of the rehabilitated slope is significantly improved,the vegetation cover exceeds 80%,and the stability and function of the underlying microbial ecosystem are restored.
