摘要
在国家“双碳”发展战略目标引领下,国内学校校园规划设计开启了不同程度的“绿色校园”探索。考虑到“双碳”目标达成的现实复杂背景和边际成本代价等,“近零碳”建筑实践成为比零碳建筑更可操作的绿色建筑发展目标。文章以重庆广阳湾珊瑚中学项目为例,从建筑、生态、基础设施、能源、交通等多系统入手,通过10项减碳策略,使以往的“设备系统过度依赖”转向“空间本体生态智慧”,探索具有有效气候适应性和经济可操作性的中学建筑低碳设计新路径。
Under the guidance of the national"dual carbon"development strategy,domestic school campus planning and design have embarked on varying degrees of exploration of"green campuses."Considering the complex reality and marginal cost of achieving the"dual carbon"goal,the practice of"near-zero carbon"buildings has become a more feasible green building development goal than zero-carbon buildings.This paper takes the Chongqing Guangyang Bay Coral Middle School project as an example,starting from multiple systems such as architecture,ecology,infrastructure,energy,and transportation,and uses ten carbon reduction strategies to shift from the previous"excessive dependence on equipment systems"to"the ecological wisdom of spatial ontology,"exploring a new path for low-carbon design of middle school buildings with effective climate adaptability and economic operability.
