摘要
在新时代背景下,提升服务发展水平不仅是“双高”建设的重点任务之一,而且是推动中国特色职业教育高质量发展的关键突破口。高职院校与地方经济发展休戚相关,高职院校以“双高”建设为契机,立足地方经济发展特色和区域产业结构,主动对接区域经济需求。通过聚焦区域产业发展特点,引领高职院校特色发展;通过构建产教融合动力机制,增强服务地方发展能力;通过聚焦产业转型升级,高质量输送地方发展需求型人才;通过加快双师队伍建设,增强培育技能型人才实践创新能力。多措并举,持续提升高职院校社会服务能力。
Under the background of the new era,enhancing the level of service to development is not only one of the key tasks of the"Double Highs"construction,but also a crucial breakthrough for promoting the high-quality development of vocational education with Chinese characteristics.Higher vocational colleges are closely related to local economic development,taking the"Double Highs"construction as an opportunity,they should base themselves on the local economic development characteristics and regional industrial structure,and proactively align with the regional economic demands.By focusing on the characteristics of regional industrial development,they can lead the distinctive development of higher vocational colleges;by establishing a dynamic mechanism for integrating industry and education,they can enhance their ability to serve local development;by focusing on the transformation and upgrading of industries,they can provide high-quality talents that meet the local development needs;by accelerating the construction of a dual-qualified teacher team,they can enhance the practical and innovative abilities of cultivating skilled talents.Through these multiple measures,they can continuously improve the social service capabilities of higher vocational colleges.
