煤矿爆破切顶卸压无煤柱自成巷技术及其应用效果分析

摘要 对煤矿爆破切顶卸压无煤柱自成巷技术及其应用效果进行了分析。从技术原理、基本顶参数计算、施工方案设计等方面进行了论述,提出了“切顶卸压+恒阻锚索(高强度锚索)支护”方案,进行了留巷施工及位移监测研究。实践表明留巷累计推进1 184 m,部分地段底鼓严重但整体稳定。该技术的应用优化了应力分布,提高了资源回收率,解决了留巷稳定性问题,具有推广价值。 The non-pillar self-forming roadway technology using blasting for roof cutting and pressure relief in coal mines was analyzed,and its application effectiveness was evaluated.The technical principles,calculations of main roof parameters,and the design of construction schemes were discussed.A support strategy combining"roof cutting and pressure relief with constant-resistance anchor cables(high-strength anchor cables)"was proposed.Construction of the retained roadway and displacement monitoring were conducted.Practice showed that cumulative advance of the retained roadway reached 1184 m,and although severe floor heave occurred in some sections,the overall structure remained stable.The application of this technology optimizes stress distribution,improves resource recovery rates,addresses stability issues in roadway retention,and holds significant promotional value.
