摘要
在国际贸易往来愈发密切的当下,食品原料的大宗交易日益频繁,目前全球各国及各地区对于食用胶的质量安全标准要求不尽相同。本文选取黄原胶作为研究对象,通过对比我国与JECFA、欧盟、美国、日本、韩国等重要贸易伙伴的相关标准技术指标及检测方法,梳理其中的相同点与差异,旨在为黄原胶的跨国贸易活动提供坚实的技术依据。
With increasing international trade,bulk transactions of food raw materials has becoming more frequent,and divergent quality and safety standards for edible gums were encountered across countries and regions.Xanthan gum was selected as the subject of the study and the relevant technical specifications and analytical methods from China and key trading partners,including JECFA,the European Union,the United States,Japan,South Korea,were compared.The similarities and differences among these standards were summarized.The work was aimed at providing a solid technical basis for the cross-border trade of xanthan gum.
