摘要
根据参训学员的现实表现,警用无人机培训过程可分为初期基础学习阶段、中期核心学习阶段与最终备战考核阶段。在初期基础学习阶段,参训学员处于“好奇兴奋期”,容易产生盲目自信或认知偏差等问题;而在中期核心学习阶段,参训学员则会经历“心态平稳期”“攻坚克难期”“疲劳应对期”,容易产生消极倦怠或高原现象等问题;最终备战考核阶段,参训学员处于“拔高冲刺期”,易产生过度焦虑或发挥失常等问题。针对参训学员各阶段的问题,培训单位要做到:在认知干预层面,做好前期引导;在过程支持层面,做到动态调整;在考核准备层面,实施压力管理,以期保证警用无人机培训的质量。
Based on the actual performance of the trainees,the training process for police drones can be divided into stages as initial basic learning,mid-term core learning and final combat readiness assessment.During the initial basic learning stage,trainees are in a“curious and excited period”,which can easily lead to problems such as blind confidence or cognitive biases.During the mid-term core learning stage,trainees will go through a“stable mindset period”,a“overcoming difficulties period”and a“fatigue coping period”,which can easily lead to problems such as negative burnout or plateau phenomena.During the final preparation and assessment stage,trainees are in a“sprint period”,which can easily lead to excessive anxiety or underperformance.In response to the problems of trainees at each stage,the training units should ensure the quality of police drone by providing effective pre-training guidance at the cognitive intervention level,by implementing dynamic adjustments at the process support level,and by applying stress management strategies at the assessment preparation level.
