文态创生:以3D打印技术驱动的废弃蚝壳生态再生与文化可持续设计研究

Towards Cultural-Ecological Creation:3D-Printing-Driven Research on Ecological Regeneration and Culturally Sustainable Design of Waste Oyster Shells

摘要 目前,珠澳地区对餐饮废弃蚝壳的高价值利用仍缺乏足够重视,导致大量资源被浪费。多数废弃蚝壳被视为厨余垃圾处理或直接填埋,未能充分发挥其潜在的材料与文化价值。为此,本研究提出“就地取材—文脉译码—数字重构—双维演进”的综合设计路径,从环境可持续性和文化可持续性的双重视角,探讨本地废弃蚝壳的可持续利用策略与设计实践路径。研究一方面开发以蚝壳为基础的3D打印材料,另一方面以珠澳传统海洋文化为灵感来源,设计出一系列兼具地方特色的香插产品。同时,在系统设计的框架下优化材料再生、设计转化和文化赋能等环节。本研究的目标在于,通过设计实践为地方材料的可持续设计提供实证支撑与方法论参考,最终构建一条环境效益与文化价值协同发展的新路径。 At present,the high-value utilization of discarded oyster shells from the food and catering industry in the Zhuhai–Macao region remains insufficiently addressed,resulting in significant waste of resources.Most oyster shells are treated as kitchen waste or directly landfilled,leaving their potential material and cultural value largely untapped.In response,this study proposes an integrated design pathway—“Local Sourcing,Gultural Decoding,Digital Reconstruction,and Dual-Dimensional Evolution”—to explore sustainable utilization strategies and design practices for locally generated oyster shell waste from both environmental and cultural sustainability perspectives.The research develops 3D-printing materials based on oyster shells while drawing inspiration from the region’s traditional marine culture to create a series of incense holders featuring strong local identity.Within a systems design framework,the study further optimizes the processes of material regeneration,design transformation,and cultural empowerment.The aim is to provide empirical support and methodological references for sustainable design using local materials,ultimately establishing a new pathway that integrates ecological benefits with cultural value.
