摘要
两栖动物是全球受威胁程度最高的脊椎动物类群,其种群现状不容乐观。厘清区域两栖动物的本底资源与物种分布现状,不仅是开展区域性保护与研究的基础,也是制定相应保护策略的重要依据。为了更好地服务于鄂西地区生物多样性保护,本研究基于五道峡、后河和神农架3个国家级自然保护区的已有文献资料,对其两栖动物名录进行整理与修订,截至2025年12月底,3个保护区两栖动物共计48种,隶属2目11科26属,占中国两栖动物物种总数(515种)的9.32%,占湖北省两栖动物物种总数(86种)的55.81%。其中,五道峡国家级自然保护区有2目9科18属25种,后河国家级自然保护区有2目10科19属30种,神农架国家级自然保护区有2目10科21属35种。五道峡和神农架的两栖动物分布型包括6类,后河有5类,均以南中国型(S)为主。神农架自然保护区F指数、G指数和G-F指数均最高,表明其在科、属水平上的多样性较高。相似性分析显示,五道峡与神农架的两栖动物群落相似性最高。研究表明,两栖动物物种多样性分布格局是多种环境因子或不同假说共同作用的结果。本研究通过对3个自然保护区两栖动物名录的整理与修订,旨在为鄂西地区两栖动物的后续研究、保护及自然保护地优化调整提供基础资料。
Amphibians are considered the most threatened vertebrate group in the world,and their population status is not optimistic.It is extremely important to clarify the current status of regional amphibian resources and species distribution.It is not only the basis for carrying out regional protection and research,but also an important basis for formulating corresponding protection strategies.In order to better serve the biodiversity conservation in western Hubei,based on the existing literatures,the checklists of amphibians in the three National Nature Reserves of Wudaoxia,Houhe and Shennongjia were reorganized and revised.The results confirmed that there are 48 amphibian species(belonging to 26 genera,11 families,and 2 orders)in the three National Nature Reserves.Wudaoxia National Nature Reserve contains 2 orders,9 families,18 genera and 25 species of amphibians.Houhe National Nature Reserve contains 2 orders,10 families,19 genera and 30 species of amphibians.Shennongjia National Nature Reserve contains 2 orders,10 families,21 genera and 35 species of amphibians.There are 6 distribution types of amphibians in Wudaoxia and Shennongjia,and 5 types in Houhe,all of which are dominated by South China type(S).The F index,G index and G-F index of Shennongjia Nature Reserve are the highest,indicating that the diversity of amphibians in Shennongjia Nature Reserve is high at the family and genus levels.Similarity analysis shows that the amphibian communities in Wudaoxia and Shennongjia have the highest similarity.The distribution pattern of amphibian species is affected by multiple environmental factors or by multiple hypotheses.The study provides basic data for the later research and protection of amphibians,as well as the optimization and adjustment of Natural Reserves in western Hubei Province.
