摘要
基于2013—2023年珠三角城市群面板数据,在构建绿色发展评价体系的基础上运用CRITIC模型、TOPSIS模型及空间自相关莫兰指数,测度珠三角城市群绿色发展水平的时空演变格局,并揭示其空间关联特征。研究得出:二级指标中的经济发展与社会福祉构成关键驱动因素;珠三角城市群内部绿色发展水平呈现非均衡性,城市间发展差距较为突出;整体呈现弱负向空间关联,部分城市存在一定程度的极化效应。基于此,提出需要进一步优化区域产业分工格局缩短城市间的经济发展落差、健全多方社会责任联动机制促进城市间的社会福祉均等化、强化产业关联度发挥核心城市辐射作用等建议。
Based on panel data of the Pearl River Delta(PRD)urban agglomeration from 2013 to 2023,the CRITIC model,TOPSIS model,and spatial autocorrelation Moran's I index are used to measure the green development levels in PRD urban agglomeration.The research finds that among the secondary indicators,economic development and social well-being constitute are key driving factors;green development is imbalanced across cities;and there is weak negative spatial correlation,in addition some cities reach extremes of strong negative spatial correlation.Accordingly,recommendations include optimizing regional industrial division,improving multi-party social responsibility coordination,and strengthening industrial linkages to enhance the overall synergy of green development in the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration.
