摘要
目的:探讨多学科协作护理在慢性肾衰竭血液透析自体动静脉内瘘术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年12月—2024年12月于甘肃省中医院血液净化中心行血液透析自体动静脉内瘘术的患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施多学科协作护理。对比两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能及精神健康评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.001)。护理后,两组自我概念、自护责任感、自我护理技能及健康知识水平评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.044)。结论:多学科协作护理在慢性肾衰竭血液透析自体动静脉内瘘术后患者中的应用效果良好,可改善患者生活质量,提高其自我护理能力,降低并发症发生率。
Objective:To explore the application effect of multidisciplinary collaborative care in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis and after autologous arteriovenous fistula surgery.Methods:Sixty patients who underwent autologous arteriovenous fistula surgery for hemodialysis at the blood purification center of Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with thirty cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received multidisciplinary collaborative care.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After the nursing intervention,the scores of physiological function,physiological role,physical pain,overall health,vitality,social function,emotional role,and mental health in both groups increased,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.001).After the nursing intervention,the scores of self-concept,self-care responsibility,self-care skills and health knowledge in both groups increased,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.001).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.044).Conclusion:The application of multidisciplinary collaborative care in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing postoperative autologous arteriovenous fistula for hemodialysis has achieved good results,which can improve the quality of life of patients,enhance their self-care ability,and reduce the incidence of complications.
