摘要
目的:探讨基于互联网平台的闭环式管理在慢性肾脏病患者中的应用。方法:选取2024年8月—2025年1月于东台市人民医院就诊的慢性肾脏病患者70例作为研究对象,随机分为试验组与对照组,各35例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上实施基于互联网平台的闭环式管理。对比两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组血尿素氮、血肌酐水平均降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.001)。护理后,两组自我护理能力、生活质量评分均升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于互联网平台的闭环式管理在慢性肾脏病患者中的应用效果良好,可改善患者血清生化指标,提高其自我护理能力和生活质量。
Objective:To explore the application of closed-loop management based on the Internet platform in patients with chronic kidney disease.Methods:Seventy patients with chronic kidney disease who visited Dongtai People's Hospital from August 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with thirty-five cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the experimental group implemented closed-loop management based on the internet platform on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After the nursing intervention,the levels of blood urea nitrogen and blood creatinine in both groups decreased,and the levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).After the nursing intervention,the scores of self-care ability and quality of life in both groups increased,and the scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of closed-loop management based on the Internet platform has achieved good results in patients with chronic kidney disease,which can improve the serum biochemical indicators of patients,enhance their self-care ability and quality of life.
